Services
In general the list of services we can offer is vast, but every building has different requirements no matter how large or small.
We can undertake site surveys to ascertain on going or new requirements or smaller individual requirements based on site specifics or simply cover your chosen requirement.
We can offer you concise quotes and worry free task undertakings for any requirement that you or your building has.
Parts and consumables will be charged at extra cost if required or necessary.
If the fault requires major work or expensive parts you will be quoted a fixed price to affect the repair before work proceeds.
Service is different to maintenance, but maintenance contract customers are provided with a 365 day, 24 hour call out service for service call outs. It is one of the benefits of having a maintenance contract agreement with Portsmouth A/C Ltd.
Installation
is carried out to an extermely high standard, at a quoted costand in time.
You are assured of a complete after sales service and most systems installed by us therefore are provided with a three year warrenty as a minimum.
Portsmouth A/C Ltd will also carry out the design or size checking as well as pressure testing, evacuation, charging and final commissioning of plant.

Split air conditioning systems are particularly beneficial as the condenser is installed outside the building, ensuring quiet operation inside.
A remotely wired or hand-held controller provides flexible operation relating to time programmes, room temperatures and more.
Add heat pump technology and your split air conditioner can now supply heating as well as cooling to the room, often providing an economical alternative to central heating systems.
Commissioning
It is now standard terms & conditions of almost all manufactures to provide correct commissioning documentation for all warranty claims to be validated if they arise.
We at Portsmouth A/C Ltd can accommodate all your individual commissioning requirements from small portable a/c equipment through spilt a/c, VRV systems up to full size chillers.
If so requested we can accommodate all associated plant commissioning on site also.
Maintenance
Planned Visits - Agreements cover any required arrangement where our technicians visit your site at regular planned dates to carry out cleaning, inspection and safety checks.
Manned Sites - Our technicians are based and operate from your premises, managing and carrying out maintenance to an agreed format.
Repair/Refurbishment
Refurbishment
Portsmouth A/C carries out the refurbishment of entire building systems as well as individual systems or plant.
For instance existing heating systems can be replaced with new heat pump systems that not only provide winter heating but also summer cooling.
The system will also provide far lower winter heating bills with more efficient energy usage and allow much finer control of space temperature.
Building Services
Building services systems are complex and require regular planned and preventative maintenance, not only to ensure trouble free operation but also for health and safety reasons.
Because of this requirement, Portsmouth A/C offers a range of maintenance programme agreements, all tailored to suit your particular requirements.
